| How to Apply |
- Purchase of Prospectus:
- Prospectus can be purchased from the Study Centre1, or from the Division of Admissions at the University Campus/ Caravan Teams2/ designated Camp Offices2of the University or such other places as specified by the University, on payment of Rs. 200/- via Cash/ Demand Draft (DD)/ Pay Order (PO) or Prospectus can be downloaded from the University website (www.lpude.in). In case the prospectus is downloaded from the website, the applicant will have to pay the Application fee of Rs. 200/- along with the Programme Fee.
- DD or PO for obtaining Prospectus is required to be made in favor of LOVELY FACULTY OF OPEN AND DISTANCE LEARNING', payable at JALANDHAR.

- Filling of Application Form:
- Application Form is appended in the Prospectus and is also available on the University website (www.lpude.in) for downloading.
- Applicant has to fill up the Application Form as available in the Prospectus or as downloaded from the University website (www.lpude.in).
- All columns in Application Form are mandatory to be filled in. N.A. should be written if the field is not applicable.
- Attachments with the Application Form
- Following documents, both self attested & attested by the competent authority (i.e. a Gazetted Officer or Notary or any other appropriate authority as prescribed by the University) with seal, should be submitted by the applicant.
- Matriculation or equivalent certificate bearing testimony to D.O.B
- Detailed Marks Card of the qualifying exam & other exams as prescribed by the University.
- Proof of Residence (Passport/Voter Identity Card/Ration Card/Driving License/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Bank Account Statement)
- Two additional Passport size colored photographs (apart from the one pasted on the Application Form).
- Demand Draft (DD)/ Pay Order (PO)
- Mode of Payment:
Programme Fee, Examination Fee, Late Fee (if applicable) and Application Fee (in case of downloaded Application Form) should be paid in the form of
- Demand Draft (DD)/ Pay Order (PO) - to be made in favour of 'LOVELY FACULTY OF OPEN & DISTANCE LEARNING', payable at JALANDHAR and must have the Applicant's Name, Father's Name, Contact No., Application No. (if any), Name of the Study Centre, Study Centre Code, Programme applied for and Programme Code at the backside of DD/PO.
- Submission of Application Form:
- Applicants are required to submit the Application Form and fee, as per schedule of admission given in the Prospectus or the Website (www.lpude.in ) or otherwise announced by the University from time to time.
