DE students worked together with regular students of LPU to represent Karnataka during One India 2019 on the theme ‘Trade, Commerce and Industry’ and secured 2nd runners up position.

The colors of Sikkim, its vibrant culture and tribal dance, dedicated to the theme of ‘Festivals’ in One India 2018, won DE students cash reward of Rs. 10,000.
Distance Education and Nagaland students of LPU represented the state of Nagaland during mega event One India held on 22nd & 23rd March 2017 and secured first runners-up position.
Depiction of tribal dances, culture and history of Nagaland, dedicated to the theme of World Peace, made the DE students win cash reward of Rs. 15,000 during One India 2017.
LPU DE represented the state of Maharashtra, exhibiting the true spirit of valour and enthusiasm of Maratha Empire, depicted through Itihass ke Panno se during One India event held on 25th & 26th March 2016.
Dressed in bright saris and bedecked in golden jewellery, students performed the Lavani folk dance of Maharashtra state and enchanted the audience with their presentation. The overall performance got the students People’s Choice Award for representing Maharashtra during One India 2016.
Colourful procession, Display Stall, Folk Dance and Music performances dedicated to the women achievers of West Bengal were the highlights of LPU DE participation during One India fest held on 19th & 20th March 2015.

The colorful depiction of Folk-art of Karnataka including Yaksha Gaan, Chittara Arts and Mud Paintings got Distance Education and Karnataka students of LPU 2nd runners-up trophy during One India event held on 18th & 19th February 2014.
